FAQs

Questions? We can help

Here are answers to some of the questions we are asked most often.

All FAQs
Who can make a referral?
Anyone can contact us — the person themselves, a family member, a social worker, a care coordinator or another professional. We will always involve the person in every decision.
How is support funded?
Support is usually funded by the local authority or NHS (for example through Continuing Healthcare), or through a personal budget or direct payments. We can talk you through the options.
How quickly can support start?
This depends on each person’s needs and housing. We plan transitions carefully so moves happen at a pace that feels right for the person.
Which areas do you cover?
Please get in touch to discuss the area you are interested in and current availability.
